Michael Gutmann : President of IFSI
Adviser in leadership, trainer and photographer, Michaël is passionate with social innovation and leadership, otherness and systems of representations.
Following academic studies in History of International Relations focused on the French socialist representations of the Israeli-Arab conflict (1962-1995), he trained as a group processor, and have developed strong theorical and practical skills about life in organizations and institutional transformation.
Working with big industrial groups, start-ups, social and technological entrepreneurs, family business and NGO's, he’s especially interested in cross-cultural management and the various human tensions which impact any working system, from genders’ relation to generations, nationalities, social origin, professional activities or sexual orientations etc...
Certified consultant in Institutional Transformation since 2009 (LC4), he has created Transmissions in 2014, his own business consulting and image agency, and he’s today.

Doris Lanzmann : administratrice
Doris Lanzmann write and produces video and interactive devices for museum scenography. Passionate about webculture and internet phenomena, she is also a film director.
In 2013 she graduated in art master at ENSAD and wrote a memoir on : the images of ecstasy in the propaganda cinema of Eisenstein and Leni Riefenstahl. Then becomes manager of a contemporary art gallery in Paris.
In 2015, Doris trained as a consultant in institutional transformation through IFSI seminars: FLAM and TransformaCtion.
In 2016 she directs a medium-length film Raging Royan, a choral film about the quest for desire through financial domination and architecture. She becomes coordinator of the preconceptions of T.17 and T.18. and joins the board of IFSI in 2017.
Sami Wong : Board Member
Sami Wong is the Research Director, APAC at Concept M Research+Consulting.She has over 18 years of cross-cultural, qualitative, depth-psychological experience working in the Asia Pacific markets and has gained extensive knowledge and insights into the region. Sami also is a practising Psychotherapist, with 14 years working with clients from various cultural backgrounds.
She speaks several languages, including Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese.
2. The members
A. How to become a member?
If you are appealed by IFSI primary task and activities and you wish to be further involved in the association you can become a member by:
1. Participating to one of the training & conferences activities organized by IFSI or formally requesting your acceptance as member2. Satisfying the membership fee
Implications are:
1. In accordance with IFSI policy of public and shared management, members are invited to take part and get actively involved in its direction and development in various ways:
a. Participating to the Orientation Committee (OC)
The OC meets twice a year. Two IFSI members can participate each time:
· One member living in France,
· One member living outside France.
The General Secretary makes a public announcement and invitation which is sent to all members in advance.
Anyone who desires to participate has to send the application to the IFSI General Secretary either by e-mail: ifsi.fiis@wanadoo.fr or by fax: +33 (0)1 45 51 39 42.
Members are encouraged to do so as soon as possible since applications are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Also, priority is given to members who have not attended to the IFSI Orientation Committee before.
b. Right to participate to the annual General Assembly
c. Possibility to become part of the OC and/or the Board of Directors.
It involves a regular attendance at the meetings and a personal contribution to IFSI projects in terms of reflection and development.
The renewal of the OC and Board of Directors is open at the annual General Assembly, depending on the open positions. To apply, the candidate must be an active member of IFSI and send the application to the General Secretary. He or she must attend the General Assembly and make public his/her application during the meeting.

3. In the future, you would be invited to be part of a community of people interested in the Institutional Transformation through IFSI website
4. You might take on the task of spreading IFSI primary task and cooperate to the success of its activities
